Lisboa Fashion Week

The mission of Associação ModaLisboa is to promote and develop the Fashion Industry in Portugal and the national creative capital.

Associação ModaLisboa was created in 1996 to organize what would be the first independent fashion week in Europe and the most nationally recognized fashion event.

With the purpose of showing the best practices and the urgent needs that exist at an environmental and ethical level in the Fashion industry, Associação ModaLisboa has been instituting values ​​and principles of sustainable development in all phases and parameters of the planning of Lisbon Fashion Week and it has also sought to sensitize partners, suppliers, the team and all those involved in the event to adopt good practices, in order to continue to evolve sustainably. Since 2017, ModaLisboa has promoted several events in the name of a fairer, safer and more transparent fashion industry.
