Reporting to : Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting 
Department : Finance & Accounting 

主な業務内容（What You’ll Do）:

• Ensure our book is maintained properly in a timely manner with Head of Finance and Accounting

• Co-work with MSP (Managed Service Provider, a/k/a shared service center) located outside Japan to make sure, our financial operations are processed properly.

• Perform trouble shooting of the financial operation related issues with stakeholders such as Global Team,  MSP, and local Finance Team
• Improve efficiency of financial operations

• Maintain right level of internal control over financial reporting

応募資格・求めるスキル (What You’ll Bring):

• Be responsible for mainly Account Payables, Travel and Entertainment, Payment process and other General Accounting matters, etc., co-working with MSP.  Supervise MSP as needed.

• Review monthly closing to ensure all the revenue and expenses are booked properly, supporting Head of Finance and Accounting

• Lead or support so that we would have appropriate internal controls over financial reporting

• Other ad hoc work and reports

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related / or relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

• Communication skills in both Japanese and English (English – writing and reading skills)

• Problem solving skills

• Adaptability and being open-minded for changes

• Self-leadership

• Attention to details

Experience: 

• 3 years’ working experience in relevant positions, especially on bookkeeping

Qualification / Others: 

• Experience in ERP (SAP / Coupa / Concur preferred)

• Willingness to learn in global environment and in fast-paced business environment
